- Communications: Messages sent through the Platform and correspondence with our support team
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information:
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform
- Date and time of visits

4. Information Sharing
With Other Users
Candidate profiles: Your profile information (excluding contact details) is visible to employers searching for talent. Contact details are only shared when an employer pays for an introduction.
Employer information: When you request an introduction, candidates receive your company name and the role details.
With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Platform:
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
- Vercel: Website hosting and analytics
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Twilio: SMS notifications
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tempo Talent, our users, or the public.
